Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is opening a Bentonville location.

It’s planned for 3308 SW 14th Street, near where SW 14th Street becomes E Centerton Boulevard.

A spokesperson for Freddy’s said they hope to open by the end of the year. 

The city’s planning commission initially approved the restaurant in March, and since then, developers have been working through some concerns about traffic flow.

To ease concerns, the restaurant will build a “porkchop” — a traffic device that allows only right turns in and right turns out of the parking lot.
